When can I expect my order to ship?
Orders received by 13:00 (CST) are shipped the same day. Orders received after 13:00 (CST) are shipped the next working day. Our own warehouse is not operational weekends so any orders received after 13:00 on Friday will not ship until the next business day.
Once your item leaves us, when will you receive it?
US domestic orders ship and are usually received in 2 to 5 business days. With our business being West Coast based, West coast orders will usually take 2-3 days and East coast orders will typically take 3-5 days.
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately by our systems and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive merchandise in order to return it.
Once an item is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.
So what can be returned?
- Unused or unopened items
- Open items are subject to a 20% restocking fee (minimum $10)
- Purchases made within 30 days
Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items]. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

When it comes to first receiving and testing out your stroller you must make sure to try it out on a clean & carpeted surface with your child in itStrollers cannot be returned if they are used outdoors.

After we have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
