Q. I need help, how can I contact customer service?

Q. How long until my delivery arrives?
A. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. PST Monday through Friday will take 3-5 days to process prior to shipping, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays will begin to process 3-5 days on the next business day. Standard shipping: Up to 5 business days Expedite Shipping: 2 business days
Q. What should I do if I'm not happy with my product?
A. If for any reason you are not happy with a product you have purchased from us, please visit our Contact page and we will advise you on the next steps.

Q. How long will my refund take?
A. Once we have agreed that a refund is due, it may take 7-10 working days for this to be processed.

Q. Can I get a copy of my Instruction Manual?
A. Yes, please visit the Product Manuals page where you can download all our Manuals.
Q. How do I care for my product?
A. For the majority of our products we suggest that you clean them by hand with warm water and a mild detergent. Machine washing and drying can cause colors to run and materials to shrink or get damaged.
Q. How do I set up my new product?
A. Please refer to the Instruction Manual of your product.
Q. How do I register for my Warranty?
A. You can register your warranty online here.
Q. Can other model parts fit on my stroller?
A. Other parts will fit your stroller as long as they belong to the same model. E.g. you could swap your blue chevron US51 hood for a pink chevron one but it must be a US51 hood.
Q. How do I set up my stroller?
A. Please refer to the instruction manual on the website. These can be found on the product detail pages.
Q. Can I pre order if you do not have stock?
A. My Babiie currently do not offer a pre-order system.
Q. Will the stroller fit in the boot of my car?
